LouVino Douglass Hills Private Brunch Event Info & Request Form

Thank you for choosing LouVino Douglass Hills in Louisville, KY for your upcoming Weekend Brunch Event! The space is ideal for Bridal & Baby Showers, After the Aisle Brunches, and Birthdays! Our Private Food and Beverage Minimum is $500 before tax and gratuity. We require a $100 deposit to book. We require the minimum is met on one tab. Host has access to the space at 10am to start decorating and last call at 2pm. We ask that the room is cleared by 2:30pm.

You will customize your event menus, both food and drink, from our Private Event Brunch Menu Options. CLICK HERE to see food and drink menus. We offer a Plated Brunch for groups of 20 or less and a Buffet Brunch for groups 20+. Room MAX is 40 people. Your planner will work with you on room setup and all the details leading up to the event.

To submit your Event Request, please fill out the following form along with any questions for the event planner. Our private dining space at LouVino Douglass Hills is located at 11400 Main Street LOU KY 40243. You will find our full contract on the last page of the Private Brunch Menus. We ask that event requests are placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow enough planning with our team.
